LS4FUTURE academia and industry innovation exchange

The Academia & Industry Innovation Exchange is a flagship event organized by the Associate Laboratory LS4FUTURE to strengthen connections between academic research and the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Taking place in November 27th 2025, this 1-day event will bring together researchers, industry leaders, and innovation stakeholders to explore how scientific knowledge can translate into real-world solutions.

Through keynote talks, interactive panels, and networking moments, we AIM to:
- Foster collaborations between researchers and companies.
- Promote the employability and visibility of early-career researchers.
- Showcase ongoing innovation efforts across LS4FUTURE institutions.
- Open new paths for joint projects and technology transfer.

The PROGRAM includes:
1.- A dynamic Opening Session where leaders will share their perspectives on the role of collaboration between academia and industry.
2.- Three Case Study presentations showcasing current collaborative projects between both sectors.
3.- Two parallel sessions where the attendee can choose to: a) listen and engage in an interactive Roundtable with representatives from industry and academia to find concrete opportunities for collaboration; or b) participate in Ask Me Anything (AMA) small-group conversations with professionals from the biotech and pharma sectors.
4.- A summary of the proposals gathered from the previous Roundtable.

People can choose upon registration to join the morning, evening or whole day session, which will finish with a networking event with wine&cheese.

Registration is FREE but mandatory.
