Every year, Ciência Viva organises the Streams of Knowledge Conference, inviting researchers from various fields to present and discuss current scientific topics that have a significant impact on society. This year, we are celebrating 30 years of scientific and technological culture in Portugal.

Network of Ciência Viva Centers extended to Campo Maior
Ciência Viva already has 22 Ciência Viva Centers in the Network.

The Coffee Science Center - Ciência Viva Center, in Campo Maior, is the most recent center to join the National Network of Ciência Viva Centers. The signing of the accession protocol took place on November 11, 2025, during the 26th Meeting of the Network of Ciência Viva Centers, with the presence of all directors from the Network.

The Pavilion of Knowledge now has a Solidarity Ticket Office, offering 20 free daily tickets always available, for individuals or families facing economic challenges who wish to visit this science centre.
