The Ecsite Directors Forum is an annual meet up for Senior Managers from Ecsite Full and Associate members. Multiple representatives per organisation are welcome.
The 2025 Ecsite Directors Forum is hosted by Ciência Viva at the Pavilion of Knowledge in Lisbon, Portugal on 20 and 21 November with optional networking tours on 22 and 23 November. More information about the tours here .
The Directors Forum is the ideal opportunity to build relationships and network with peers from across Europe in this 2-day Forum which offers a confidential platform to share expertise, debate and exchange knowledge with one another.

Dinner and Literacy Salon will be held on Casa do Alentejo , a restaurant which serves typical Portuguese food.Address: Rua Portas de Santo Antão, 58, 1150-268 Lisboa
How to get there?
By Uber or similar platforms : For sustainability purposes, we recommend sharing transportation. Please inform the organisation at the registration office, if you have any issues.

By Metro : For sustainability purposes, we suggest using the Metro. A Ciência Viva member, if needed, will accompany the group to the restaurant. Please inform the organisation at the registration office, if you have any issues.
Estimated time of arrival ~40 minutes. From the Pavilion of Knowledge is a 10-minute walk to the Metro. Take the red line to São Sebastião and get off the metro at Alameda. Take the green line to Cais do Sodré and get off at Rossio station. Then it is a 3 minute walk to the restaurant.
Please note that the transportation for Casa do Alentejo is not included in the registration fee.
