Descrição: In the BIOSKEL lab we are using (1) zebrafish in vivo systems to study bone formation and skeletal development and (2) seabream in vitro cell system to study matrix mineralization.
During 1 week, you will be supervised by a team of scientists of the BIOSKEL lab and learn basics on fish maintenance, cell culture, bone staining and microscopy techniques.
