150th anniversary of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements
From Classification to Law, from Law to System and finally from System to Table. From 1869 to 2019.
2019 is the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements. A resolution of the United Nations and UNESCO to celebrate the development of one of the most important tools in the history of science.
In 1869 Dmitry Mendeleev created the Periodic System of Chemical Elements. After 150 years we celebrate the creation of this important tool that allowed us to predict the properties of matter - on earth or anywhere in the universe. In a masterpiece, the essences of chemistry, physics, biology, and all branches of science that came from them, are united.
